CMNI labor department hosted a  job fair at kagman highschool.

         On Sunday, October 6 more than 20 employers from the private sector are at the job fair in Kagman High School cafeteria and answered questions and accepted job applications for immediate openings in a range of fields. job fairs are among the best ways to attract and recruit more of our residents and U.S. workers into the workforce this job fair helps the local community and create revenue. Approximately 75 individuals attended the event.

According to the Saipan Tribune, “Reaching out to the community and taking care of those who were recently displaced or are looking for work will continue to be one of our highest priorities. The opportunities are here, and they’re growing. As a government, we will continue to make sure that everyone has an equal opportunity to create their stories for success in their lives,” said Torres.

“The job fair is an opportunity for job seekers to network with employers seeking qualified applicants to fill their open positions. It brings together local employers and our community’s workforce to help businesses expand and positively impact the economy of the CNMI,” said Division of Employment Services director Eugene Tebuteb.

“It’s always an investment when we have the opportunity to promote our workforce and our special programs that we have intact to assist students and graduates alike. We’d like to thank the CNMI DOL for giving us an opportunity to join other agencies and groups at their job fair,” said CNMI Scholarship administrator Rose S. Pangelinan.
